"I was added to my wife's policy in 2015 and have had nothing but problems since then. I added a vehicle that I had to pick up from another state and it took almost 3 months of my wife calling to get the hard copy of the card sent to us. I called one time and suddenly I had the card the next day. My current card expired in November of 2017, and he could not be bothered to send me a new one. Corporate sent me an email copy and said they would have him send me one, that was almost 2 weeks ago now and still no card. Surprisingly, my wife got her card 2 weeks before the current one expired. I also had to stop in and drop off paperwork after an accident I was in and he really was very uninterested in dealing with me at all. He was very short with me and the whole time sounded very irritated that he had to deal with me at all. Another issue we have had is that our bill is a different amount just about every month. When I asked why, I was always told "policy changes." I asked for a new copy of the binder with the policy changes and never received any. So my policy has been changed multiple times with no proof as to what has changed, if anything. This is a terrible agent and I have made sure to let corporate know about all of the issues we have had."

"I have had my homes and cars insured through State Farm for over 20 years now. Three years ago I bought a home in West Columbia which I insured through Robert Capers office. Just yesterday, I called to get a quote on insuring my business, only to find out that my home owners insurance had been canceled for non-payment. Needless to say, I was shocked and upset. Mr Capers had not bothered to pick up the phone and call me, and when I asked what i needed to do - he suggested I call someone else! That is exactly what I will do - not only did he not want my home owners policy - he did not want any of my other business. Do Not use this agent if you value your property!!!!"

"Very unfriendly. I just stopped dealing with this agent all together. If I need anything done at all I just call corporate. Seems like the only way things get things done. I've been with State farm for three years and this particular agent has been the absolute worst."
